What Do You Define as Limited Access?

Limited access means locations not open to the walk-in public during normal business hours. This can include churches, schools, universities, or other commercial establishments. Other examples can be locations which require special clearance to enter such as prisons, military bases/installations or law enforcement buildings. In some cases it can mean rural or off-highway access locations.
