What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

SKUTCHI Designs has no control over the condition of your order once it leaves our warehouse. For this reason, the customer is responsible for inspecting all freight for damage when it arrives. Note all visible damage on the BOL (Bill of Lading) if discovered before signing. Additionally, written notification of damage is required within 48hrs of delivery. SKUTCHI Designs will replace only those pieces damaged. Likewise, if you notice concealed damage, please take a picture and forward it to [email protected].
